At GFC Farms, we believe in the simple, lasting values of God, Family, and Country. Run by Katherine and Eric, GFC Farms is a family-owned operation in Wisconsin dedicated to raising high-quality, pasture-fed pork and cultivating beautiful, seasonal sunflower fields.
With deep roots in faith and agriculture, we’re passionate about producing food you can feel good about. Our pigs are raised with care — enjoying fresh air, open pasture, and a balanced diet that supports healthy, lean meat. In the summer months, our sunflower fields offer a bright, cheerful glimpse of the land we love.
