  • $2.00 per lb hanging weight

  • An average half pig cost: GFC Farms, LLC + Butcher = ~$300-400

  • $50 deposit due at reservation (credited toward final invoice)

  • Invoice sent 1–3 business days after butcher date; payment due within 30 days
